A cute little hostel with an excellent location: just across the Subway Station and in the middle of Hollywood Boulevard. The dorms are average, not something special. The bathroom though is big with a lot of space and with a very nice arrangement. They offer free beer and alcohol and make a lot of events ex. beerpong and parties. The biggest minus at this hostel is that the kitchen is way to small!

staff were a big disappointment. didnt seem to care about anything other than their mobile phone and knock off time. wifi was poor, bathrooms were disgusting. no breakfast, lots of brochures but no interest from staff to tell you about the city. great location in hollywood and across the road from the metro are the only upsides. this is a very average hostel with poor staff and service. i do not recommend this place. but i think they have parties regularly with free beer so it may suit some...

Great location but that's pretty much the best ting about this Hostel. Ammenaties aren't great though, the curtain in one of the bathrooms was broken when we were there and I was a little bit worried about sleeping in the beds. Walked in one day and the cleaner had dumped all of the dirty blankets from the beds that had been vacated that day onto my bed.

i would definitely stay there again because the location is unbeatable and it's great value for money. but tho the staff were helpful, housekeeping is virtually non-existent!! i had to empty the bin in my dorm!!!

Sheets were not clean, with hair all over everything. The bathrooms were very nice, clean and new. Although the toilets rocked and may eventually start leaking.

The internet was awful. We were going to arrive at 5 pm on Saturday, but we were late. We called the hostel to say that we would arrive only on Sunday morning. We arrived there at 8 am, but the recepcionist told us she wouldn't charge us for Saturday, but she could check us in only at 12:30 pm, and told us to wait in the TV room. We were very tired, and after a lot of complains, she checked us in. I think this was disrespectful, because we told them that we would arrive late.

Great location. That's it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOSTEL. Things like microwave and other things were broken. I didn't have a good time in that place.

I booked this hostel the second time. I stayed there also in august for one night. Top location - not far from all the sights and the metro is just across the street. Nice staff and everybody is very helpful.

the staff was very friendly, and the overall atmosphere of the hostel was great. The location was prime, right on Hollywood Blvd, across from a metro station. Unbeatable price, very nice value.

The staff was very unfriendly and aloof. Security was non existent. Said the entrance on the busy-sketchy-at-night street would be locked after 2 am, but never was. I had no issues walking into the hostel without any verification that I should actually be there. However, the location in Hollywood was fantastic and being across from the metro and major transit routes made the rest of LA very accessible.

Out of sheets and towels. The taps in bathroom are all broken. The counters in the bathroom is always flooded. Out of toilet papers in the night. No quiet hours applied. Everything in the room looks crappy. Have lived in other hostels as well. No one was worse than this one. The only good thing for this hostel is the location. It is close to all the places in Hollywood.

The location of the hostel is fantastic, some staff were absolutely amazing whereas others were very poor. I would recommend if you are wanting to have a good time because they throw fun social events but if you are wanting to focus on travel, cleanliness and professionalism I would not stay here. I was happy with my stay.

The staffs were very rude and impatient.The shower rooms were filthy. Wifi signal is weak on the third floor, and the common area was always noisy and full of people partying. No place to sit down and flip even a travel guidebook - I used to sit on the stairways. No breakfast provided. I have been stayed in hostels whenever I travel in fifteen countries, but this place shattered my deep trust toward hostels.

They need to clean the rooms and the bathroom! But all in all it was fun. The location is perfect, and I guess if you are coming to LA you are not going to spend a lot of time in the room, so you can deal with it being dirty...

There is no WiFi. Actually, there is, but you have to go to computer room for that. They should have it in all rooms instead.

You paid for the location, don't have high expectations on anything else. Rooms are dirty. bathroom is fine.

The location is great. But the staff and facilities were awful, the bathroom was always dirty and flooded.

It's too dirty and they never wash the bed sheet.We washed them ourselves at the first night.The staff is too rude.We booked 4 persons one room and they added another 2 persons in our room.They promised they would solve it next morning,but at last they said they can not solve it.It was too bad and was not worth the price.
