the staff was very bad ! I had a reservation for one nights... I sent a mail to make it 2 nights. they have accepted it and once there, they asked me to leave after the first night !! I had no place to go !!! it was a big shame !! I never seen that in my life ! I travel a lot but never it happened to me ! just because they could have charged more from another tourist ! it made my stay very unpleasant and have a very bad remember of this place !!

It was the worst hostel ever I vistied!The service they did was fuckin awful. Such as, they didn't give me back the deposit just because we lost the receipe. They purposely threw the receipe! and I already booked 4nights but they took all my belongings out from the room and said I didn't notice them about the nights. What the hell? Finally they gave me another room though, they didnt give me back my deposit! I saw that they treated another customers just like what they treated to us.WORST HOSTEL

not a pleasant place to stay. terrible service and staff. the woman at the reception was very rude. she yelled at me, and wouldn't let me check in at my arrival time. i was told to come back at eleven thirty. i left and roamed around the city with my bags. when i finally checked in at night time i wasn't given the room upgrade -private bathroom, which i paid for in full online via hostelhkgroup. i was made to share a very small room with a male. the sheets were not fresh and smelled bad.

the location is really great and i liked the stuff. they werent complicating about leaving bags there all day after check out and were really helpful with finding a room. room was ok. it was small but efficient. it was also clean and there was hot water available. the only thing i didnt like were a tiny bugs i noticed them on the last night but they werent nothing serious. i slept very well.

You get what you pay for and it's an awesome location!!! It's enough for a sleep and it's all you need, just have a blast in the city and come back for a quick sleep.

There was no window in my private ensuite (room with shower/wc) and there was this very particular smell that accompanied me throughout the whole stay here. Very funky smell... Can´t really explain it, never experienced something like that! Some small bugs would crawl from the hatches of the wall and 2 times (that i saw) over my bed. I guess they/you could need a renovation of the rooms and perhaps put in some better ventilation system, especially in the rooms without windows.

I booked a BASIC single private room with an ensuite through HW. All of the rooms at this Hostel on the HW site are described as BASIC. I was sent an email saying that I had booked a BUDGET room and I had the option to upgrade to a STANDARD room. I refused as this is underhanded. The room and the whole floor stank, and the room did not have an ensuite. I was to use the bathroom in the corridor with a broken door. When I complained I was told I could upgrade. When I left I was shouted at.

Dont go there! I booked private room with bathroom, and they gave me the smallest room ever in my life with SHARED mini bathroom. It isn´t easy to find hostel, and if you find it, there is only one lift to get there (there is 15 floors) so you will wait all the time for lift. But, I survived it ;)

I was booking it for my uncle but he couldn't make it in check in time and got kick out from the hostel.... I even asked to put the hostel's rep on the phone but she completely denied to talk to me. Completely NO service mind.

Worst Hostel I have ever been, even though I am used to low budget and backpacker hostels all over the world. Bed Bucks in every room, Cockraches and other Bucks crwaling all over, tiny rooms without window, rooms only have tiles as walls, unfriendly hostelward, did not get any refund even though we had bed bucks bites all over our body and took pictures of them. DO NOT GO INTO THIS HOSTEL ! WE DID NOT SLEEP AT ALL BECAUSE OF THE WORST HOSTEL EVER!!!!

Well what can I say...The room was cheap, for a quick visa run it was ok. I don't think I'd stay with them for more than a couple nights. Clean...sort of, but not really clean. We booked a 6 person dorm and ended up in a 3 person private dorm with a bathroom. The bed was painfully uncomfortable and far too short (I'm only 5'8"/174cm and my legs were hanging off the end) and we weren't sure if the bedding was clean or not. Was no security inside the room either, luckily the other guy was cool.

Good location, cheap, terrible staff
