Excellent Hostel, very friendly owner & staff. Victor was able to help with directions and a good tour company. The facilities on offer for the price were very good and the hostel was peaceful.

Lovely place with lovely people. very friendly and helpful! definitly recommendable. loved the cute little breakfast boxes :)

The Hotel is very close to the center, the rooms are very clean and the staff is friendly. Television and Wifi is included and the dog is taking care for the security. For 22000 pesos per night with a whole kitchen, two bed rooms it was perfect. The bus station is in walking distance, approx. 10 min., the city center 10 min. too. We had a very nice time in La Serna and would come back to the city and to the hostel Balmaceda.
