Friendly staff. Nice inner courtyard. A bit of a walk from the city center, but not that bad (10-15min)
We just loved this place. Definitly the most beautiful Hostel of our trip - especially room No 14 ;-) The house and the court are exhibition-rooms for artpieces creating a unique atmosphere. Definitely come back next time!
We made like 20 hostels since the beginning of our trip and this hostel was the best one.
Great hostel. A bit quiet but staff, location, facilities, and wifi are all great.
This is a lovely place, definitely worth visiting. It has a great atmosphere, good rooms with big beds of good quality. The breakfast is very nice as well: eggs, bread, jam, caramel, fruit, juice, coffee and tea. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The showers lack hot water in the morning. Look out for Amelia the dog, she's the nicest digg we've ever seen.
What a lovely hostel. We were on the 2nd floor in a double private ensuite and it was gorgeous- view of rooftops of sucre etc. huge bed, soft blankets, nice and quiet at night. Only thing was no heater in room but Sucre is mild so didn't really need it - also heaters have been rare all over Bolivia especially in hostels. A bit of a walk into the centre of town but there are restaurants nearby and the route seems safe and pleasant.

Really nice hostel.. Good beds, central location, small lockers for valuables, good kitchen, super friendly staff (including a cute dog), nice courtyard, etc.. Wish the internet worked better in the downstairs dorms but that's it.. Definitely recommended..
Great place to stay. A 5-10 min walk to the plaza(a little out of the way for some people but no big deal). The breakfast is good and the staff is very friendly. Not a party hostel. The place is very clean and the showers are hot!!! Yes hot water (not warm) in South America is a luxury. So if you are need of a safe, restful place (close to market) and a hot shower this is the place for you!!!
Lovely sunny bright place with a nice garden/eating area and the most gorgeous little doggy. rooms spacious and very clean, great hot water showers. Felt sorry for the lovely ladies who serve the breakfast though as it is such a silly system where they have to individually cook your eggs and provide individual servings of juice and fruit. When there are a lot of people all at once it takes AGES.
nice staff, good location, nice place to stay for a couple days or a week :)
Great, clean facilities. Probably one of the nicest hostels I stayed in while in Bolivia. The staff was wonderful as well - one of them walked with me to find my bus in the morning and even bought me breakfast! Loved my short stay here and would definitely recommend this hostel.
Very cute hostel with nice settings close to the absolute center. Staff had very limited English, but very nice and friendly with artsy feeling to it.
the best hostel i have stayed in south america. the lady host is nice and she tries her best to interact with us, and also waited for us when we got to the hostel late. very very good hostel, with nice interior design as well.
Good wifi, good breakfast, good kitchen, close to a big supermarket and a short walk to the main square. Comfortable beds. Only 1 bathroom for 8 people and it smelt bad even after they cleaned it.
Great breakfast! We stayed in the dorm which was clean. Friendly staff. Centrally located hostel that is very close to the main square.
Nice big complex. Can be a little cold at night. Rooms are big and sunny balconies are a treat. Breakfast has all the usual suspects (incl eggs). Puppy is super cute. Most of the staff don't speak any English, which wasn't a problem until they tried to charge us 3 times the agreed price when checking out and trying to rush to our bus. Eventually sorted it out but no apology offered.
Lovely converted home, cool art all over, great little kitchen garden. Best breakfast I've had in three months in South America--eggs! fruit! fresh juice! Usually decent wifi. Super hot showers, once they warm up. The guys in the morning are the most knowledgeable staff, the evening staff isn't as reliable. A little walk to the center, but only a problem when walking home at night.
This is a nice hostel, centrally located. We had a nice stay, but the staff screwed up our booking, kicking my girlfriend out of her bed while she was very sick and I was away hiking. They proceeded to move us to a different room and charge us more without so much as an apology. Because of this, we would probably stay elsewhere in Sucre.
