Great pick up service, he waited though our bus was two hours late. laundry service was little bit slow and sometimes it was hard to find someone to ask for information.

Great hostel, would definitely stay here if I am ever in San Pedro again. Very accomodating, and clean for a desert, tours provided were good and cheaper than those offered in town. Free pick up and cheap laundry. Only spoke spanish- lovely homely family run hostel.

After reading some of the reviews I wasn't too sure what to expect but the hostel was very clean, the rooms were comfortable with lockers. The kitchen is small but has enough and is clean. The Internet was very good. The social area was outside or in the computer room which is plenty and there are plenty of seats and even some hammocks. There were a couple of cats hanging around the outside section but they didn't bother anyone. We had laundry done at short notice before we left. Hot showers.

Awesome place, the shower upstairs was just amazing, location's perfect. Only one thing to complain about : the staff there is just here to check you in and out, asking any questions makes you feel like you're disturbing...

We have been looking for a cheap stay in San Pedro and this is what we found - for what it costs it's awesome (compared to many other hostels we've been to)... it's in the desert, so of course there always is sand and dust, but still it's been tidy and the owner is very nice and cooperative!!

This is a basic cheap hostel but a nice place to meet fellow travellers. There are two showers for all guests with hot water only between 7am and 10pm. They were fairly clean but dust and dirty boots get everywhere in San pedro! The kitchen was small but had a hob, pots, pans and a fridge. The rooms are around a central area which was very sociable. It is a bit of a trek into town! Not very far if you go once or twice a day but a pain if you get back and realise you forgot something!

The staff were very friendly, but they were rarely there. That is a problem if you lock up your bags and have a bus to catch for ex. The other problem was the distance. It's just too far to have to walk a few times a day, often in the heat. The private room is only big enough for a bed but it had a great mattress and oddly big tv. The bathrooms were good quality but would inev. get dirty from the dirt roads all around. I liked the owners, but unfort. can't recommend

ehIt´s only charming for a desert-Hostal. If you compare it to others it´s under the Average. The owners often not there, but are coming soon after calling them by phone, if you can. It´s also more than 10 minutes away from the center! To use te kitchen is also not so funny. The peoples are nice.

I was bitten by bed bugs. The others in my room were unaffected. There are only two bathrooms (showers and toilets combined) which can lead to pretty long wait times. The mattresses are pretty new and quite comfortable. Tours can be organised through the hostel which made for an easy stay.

This is a bit out of the way and not easy to find but goof as a budget hostel option in SPdA.

Nice hostel, location is fine, tour prices are good as is the guide. The hostel staff are nice too! Could use more equipment in the kitchen though.

The hostels in San Pedro are all pretty basic but this has everything you need, it has a lovely courtyard which is peaceful and also with free wifi. The kitchen has excellent facilities and the showers are great. I would highly recommend this hostel for anyone staying in San Pedro, just be aware that it is a 10-15min walk into the main area. There is also a computer free to use which is great!

Was ok that's about it. Flies in the kitchen a nightmare. Poor starving cats that live their and owners just don't care- hope the one that is/was pregnant is being looked after!!

We only stayed a couple of nights and we were aware that it was a little out of town but it wasn´t too far. However there was no reception and the staff weren´t very present, as far as we could tell. The rooms had lockers and a nice courtyard with clean bathroom facilities.

A very pleasant venue. We were greatly appreciative that we were picked up from the bus station late at night.

Nice family run hostel. Calm atmosphere (because 10 minutes walk from center). The family was friendly but most of the time Roberto wasn't there. If you needed help, you had to call him on his cell phone. So you can't really rely on the 'pick up service' either (in our case, we were picked up, but not brought back the day we left).

I stayed in a 3 bed room which was fine although very hot as no fan. The staff were barely around and unfortunately the kitchen and bathrooms were not clean. There was either boiling hot water or a tiny amount of cold. They pick and choose if they want to do your laundry and there are alot of flies everywhere. Not worth the money but everywhere in San Pedro is expensive.

Not particularly clean, and quite a walk outside of town, however the staff were very accomadating and friendly. Cheap but you pay for it by having to walk back and forth into town to book tours etc.
