Los Lagos was extremely clean, professional and accomadating. The location isn't such for partying or going out on the town, but rather a secure location for relaxing- especially before or after a flight- given its location (just 3 blocks from airport!!!) They offer free shuttle service to the airport and internet if you havn't been able to keep in touch with your family while traveling. Extremely family oriented and personable staff. It's more like a hotel really, especially the breakfast!

One member of the staff picked me up at the airport in a very prompt and courteous manner. Hot water in the bathroom is very mild warm due to the type of shower gadget they have. When travelling I need and would like warm water to ease the stress of a long journey.

This is a small hostel very close to the airport and we were given a lift to the airport at 4.30 in the morning. The entrance from the street is very secure. The staff were helpful and friendly and let us use their computer and printer. They recommended a restaurant and organised a taxi for us. The hotel has a small garden and a pleasant sitting room with TV and videos. Our room was small but OK, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was not great, but OK for one night.
