Hotel clean and central located. Unfortunately we did not have warm shower for the first day. It was then fixed but still the water pressure and the temperature was low. Heater in the room was nice.

A very clean place to stay. It´s not a hostel atmosphere, if that is what you are looking for, but it is a pretty good location to get around the city. Cable TV in all the rooms, and the staff were really nice to us. They gave us some great recommendations on where to go and how to get there.

The hostel was extremely clean and well kept. There was a little confusion with our booking upon check in. This was immediately rectified and we were given rooms at a heavily discounted rate. I would recommend this hostel to anyone looking for great quality cheap accomodation in Puno.

The staff are great and even though i do not speak spanish and they do not speak english, they where very helpful and went out of their way tp help, the hostel has lots of potential but needs to be marketed better, the street address is missing from the information.

Nao poderei fazer a avaliaçao do hostel porque quando chegamos para fazer o check-in, o hostal estava lotado e a responsável nos informou que foi um equívoco do hostelworld que nao repassou as informaçoes da reserva. Ainda assim, a sra. Olívia foi bastante decente conosco e nos alojou em um outro hotel conveniado, garantindo a mesma tarifa

Only stayed here one night but found it to be very clean and safe. Liked that there was hot water and TV's. Nice place to to relax and get a good nights sleep.

The location and the service/friendliness of the staff was very good. Nonetheless, it was a shabby and spiritless hotel.

Staff is very friendly, we add one more compliment to Mrs. Olivia and her personell. You get eggs and juice for breaktfast, but coffee seems to be possible only at weekends. Buy fruits by yourself at the market witch lies opposite the hostel. Location is good, very central, and with a room to the front you have a cinematic impression of vividly Puno life, especially in the evenings. We had a spacious 3-bed room with a large window that could NOT be opened, ventilation is actually non-existent!
