Greetings, First of all, thank you very much for choosing our property for your stay in Salamanca. On the other hand, I´m sorry if you couldn´t enjoy your stay as much as we would have liked it. Our central heating system runs from 13:00 until 23:00, and till now we didn´t receive any complain about it. However, after your comment we will do a research with our other guests to study if we need to increase the hours. About the hot water, we didn´t receive any comment from you about it during your stay, but before and after your reservation there were guests in your same room and the hot water was working perfectly fine. We do have individual tanks for every room with 300 hundred liters of hot water. So maybe, and I don´t know exactly because you didn´t inform to us, you finished the whole tank. In that case, you always have hot water as soon as the liters are heated again (max. 1 o 2 hours). Anyway, we hope you could enjoy your stay in Salamanca and we apologize for all the inconvenience.
