Very, very nice hostel in a good location! It's just across the bridge from the centre and a short stroll away from all the lovely bars and cafes in Bellavista. The staff is supernice and helpful and everyone speaks good English. The dorms are very spacious, bright and clean with big, comfy beds. There is only 2 bathrooms, so you might have to wait, but their alsways clean! The lounge area is cosy with a big TV, sofas, loads of DVDs and stylish furniture. The best thing is the roof terrace, though

Great hostel, great comfortable beds, yummy breakfast, and really good lounge area with computers. Also good wifi. Much better hostel than Hostel Bellavista nearby.

The hostel is not located in the heart of Bella Vista, but on the good side it is closer to Museo Bella Arts (with a metro stop), Plaza De Armas and other attractions. Clean and safe (good lockers), helpful staff. Probably could do with another bathroom.

What a great Hostel! Carla and the others are really great! It is very nice, clean, huge rooms, huge beds, hot water, safe and excellent wi-fi. Excelente albergue! Carla e os outros são demais! Lá é muito bonito, limpo, seguro, com quartos e camas grandes, água quente e com uma ótima conexão wi-fi.

Less packaging in breakfast option would be nice. Loved the backyard, barbecue, and space.

The location was wonderful for getting to and from town yet away from the downtown area to have character. Enjoyed the egg option for breakfast. Took photos of the beds with the built in lockers as thought this would be great for shared cabin space at home!

Very nice hostel, well located and the staff was very helpful always. Breakfast and wi-fi included. Good kitchen and common areas. The only thing was that we booked a double private room that is located near the reception and at the front of the property. So, the room was noisy because of the traffic of the street and the people who stayed at the reception. The room has double window in order to avoid the noise of the street but anyway there is a lot of noise bacause of the traffic.

Hostel Bella 269 was amazing. All the employees helped make my first trip to Santiago extremely enjoyable. The Hostel itself was located perfectly, within walking distance of nearly everything one would want to see in the city.

Great hostel, really nice, good staff

Excellent character and facilities! The only problem is that it seems that there were a lot of people living in the hostel, not only being guests. This thing sometimes doesn't help the interaction between guests, and sometimes it may pass the feeling that you're an intruder in somebody's else house.

one of the best hostels I've been. Clean bathrooms and bedrooms. Very smug common room with sofas, TV and computers (free internet). Very helpful and friendly staff. The beds are big and confortable. Nice decoration everywhere. The kitchhen is big, but the breakfast was really poor (the ONLY negative point). I've had a wonderful stay. Thank you!

It's a very good place, clean and organized. The drawers under the beds are an excellent idea. But there are some people living there, sharing rooms with the travellers, and this was very unusual and weird. Most of the staff was extremely sympa and helped me a lot, except for one guy who was new there and didn't know anything. He was left on his own in the frontdesk and could't help anyone! He didn't understand maps, didin't know where the subway was, where the banks were... awful!

Very nice hostel. Full of colours and with great facilities. However we did not get the room we ordered (which I have double checked for directly with the hotel!). The manager kept explaining that we cannot get that room as there were other guests staying in it but did not apologize. Double rooms (1st and 2nd floor) are oriented to the street. Therefore it would help if the windows and blinds could close properly. Bathroom fittings should be better fixed. Apart from this I would recommend it.

The worker woman at their broke my jacket in laundry service, and the owner just did not listen to what the customer claimed and got rid of him to protect their pride. What a childish management. This is the pettiest experience ever in latin america including Brasil, Peru, Bolivia. I lost my jacket, and got good sleep on the other hostel. They lost the trust for the people of chili by their action lacking of thought.

Great hostel located in bellavista area, a few blocks away from great nightlife and reataurants. Clean and spacious rooms. Great staff including cleaning maid. Fully equipped kitchen downstairs. Minimal breakfast but does include bread, eggs, cereal, and bananas. Felt safe the whole time. Highly recommended.
