Best beds in all of south america!!! great breakfast!! heaps of variety! It has all facilities! the only little let down was the bathrooms! bit outdated with cracked tiles. very steep bath and no bathmat so almost went for a slide getting in and out of bath! other than that in a location between bella vista with good bars and restaurants and also plaza de armas with all the sightseeing and shopping!!

Very nice hostel! Friendly staff and big rooms. Its a very quite hostel also. Not sure if this is a good or bad thing. Maybe good for sleep (no noise at all) but, bad for party and knowin new people.

The place is well run, comfortable and well suited towards backpackers with oversized storage bins that you can easily lock your belongings in. You can hang out I the common area, the kitchen, deck, rooftop patio; anywhere you please. A nice touch would have been curtains/sliding sheet on the bunk beds. It gets a ton of natural light in the early am. I do recommend this place to any travellers.

hostel bella was one of the nicest hostels we have stayed in so far - kitchen is clean and well equipped, close to the night life and restaurants of bella vista and our private room was absolutely gorgeous with a huge hot shower and even a little balcony! Would definatley stay there again.

We stayed at this hostel for 2 nights. We had an ensuite room with private bath. The best thing about this place is the location. It's walking distance from all the attractions in santiago. It's also very close to subway which we took on our way from airport and out to bus terminal. The happening bellavista and lastarria is only 10 mins walk. The only problem with our room was it was very close to the street and was pretty noisy in the night. The breakfast was pretty decent. There is a super market right ne

Very comfy beds and good sized rooms. The underbed lockers are great for keeping all your stuff together and keeping the room tidy. Love the roof terrace and the well equipped kitchen. More showers would be nice.

The hostel is pretty new so everything was in good condition though the wooden floor of the female dorm makes a lot of noises! Location and staff were good and nice. the price is a little more expensive than other hostel for a shared female dorm but it's new so I guess it's fine. You get your own big dresser at the bottom of the bed which I think is nice and help keep everything organized since the dorm room is small. The female dorm faces the street so it's noisy when you open the window

Hostel which is light and bright, very clean and rooms spacious with large lockers underneath the beds. The beds, well, very comfortable and a real treat after staying in some really uncomfortable beds during my 6 week holiday. Staff varied from super friendly to somewhat indifferent. Good proximity to the centre, markets and the cool Santa Lucia area.

I loved the roof terrace, but it could do with new seats. The beds are incredibly comfortable. The hostel is very clean. Only disadvantage: staff is not from Chile and are rather bored instead of giving you tips on what to do.

Hostel Bella is incredible! Beautiful, beautiful facilities. Good location relatively close to the metro and Patio Bellavista. We wanted to stay here again but there wasn't availability. The second hostel we stayed in didn't even come CLOSE to the quality and cleanliness of Bella. I HIGHLY recommend. Reasonably priced for the quality of the rooms.
