One of the best hostels I've stayed in anywhere. I was there when there weren't too many people around. The staff were helpful and friendly, the place was pretty, spacious and clean. The thing that stood out most was the food. They have a tiny cafe downstairs and the breakfast was very carefully prepared and delicious. You could also have an excellent lunch/dinner there at a very decent price. The directions could be a little clearer, but with a map, the place isn't hard to find.

So much about this place is awesome - huge comfy beds, massive lockers in dorms, great location, friendly staff, small but tasty breakfast. Shame then that kitchen is so poor, with no oven/hobs (were told there'd been a fire and it hadn't been replaced), and very little atmosphere as few communal areas. Also, shower wasn't very hot (was just about warm though) and no soap in toilet. Overall, decent place to stay tho, if you don't mind eating out.

Thank you for your comments. Now we have a cafeteria that offers typical chilean meals and with low prices. Regards

Fantastic hostel in a good location for exploring Santiago. The staff were wonderfully helpful and the hostel itself was very clean and nicely decorated. Not the greatest social atmosphere amongst guests staying here. That said, would definitely stay here again.

This is a really nice Hostel, clean and very friendly staff, the location is quite good. The negative aspect is that the kitchen didnt had stove, so dont excpet to cook your own food there.(maybe they have fixed it after we left..? :))

Staff was very nice and helpful. They also had travel books and maps. Dorm room was very, very loud off the street overnight but enjoyable to chill in during the day. Overall nice experience.

i chose this place because its near Bellavista where the fun places are but its really on the edgier riskier edge. No pool like the ones that are in Barrio Brazil but the proximity both to the sights cant be beat. Service quality is a mixed bag. Beds dont have free breakfast unlike the other hostels nearby who charge the same rate. The shared bathroom is a little funky you have to climb up a stool to get to it.

We didn't expect much, but the room, bathroom and all facilities surprised us a lot. POSITIVELY! :) We stayed at private room and enjoyed nice view from our balcony. If you are looking for clean and nice room with possibility to use the kitchen, we can totaly recommend this hostel.

Nice room for couples. TV with cable, nice mattress, though not very comfortable pillows. The room I stayed (Canelo) has its windows towards a very busy street, so it's a bit noisy. Nothing that really spoils a good night sleep. The hostel is near Bellavista metro station and you can walk to good restaurants and bars (bohemian zone in Santiago) at Pio Nono, Constitucion Streets, Patio Bella Vista and Cerro San Cristoban.
