I thought the staff was culturally knowledgeable, open to conversation, and helpful in providing information to ease the trip when asked.

Great hostel with only one downfall - it is very loud at night. But just bring ear plugs!

We couldn't get any internet connection in our room and it was noisy all the time since there was a lively restaurant in the ground floor. The room was exceptionally small compared to the other rooms we had in Mexico. The front desk was always busy and we waited for quite long to check in.

Great atmosphere and amazing location. The terrace outside the kitchen has a great view of the Zocalo and is always a social place to hang out in the evenings. Friendly staff and lots of free events and tours. Hope to come back and stay on my next visit to Mexico.

Unbeatable location overlooking the Cathedral & Zocalo. The independently run bar & restaurant on site makes for a strange atmosphere at times, though there are communal areas on the ground floor (tv & computer room) which weren't pointed out to me on check-in. Cleanliness was good though it did take some time (and 2 reports) for my dorm to be cleared up after a fellow traveller vomited in it, not a nice combination with the hot, airless room.

I really enjoyed my stay at your hostel. At all times I felt appreciated and respected. Your front desk services were stellar! They helped me with all of my logistical needs and gave excellent tips on Restaurants and places of interest. I especially enjoyed the tours and company of Gibran one of your tour guides. All of your staff was eually as awesome! Thanks for making my time in D.F. an incredible one. Saludos!

The paper wristbands were a bit annoying, maybe textile ones would be more comfortable.

Brilliant hostel right in the middle of the city. Only a couple of minutes walk to the main square where something is going on all the time. excellent staff and facilities made our stay memorable. We stayed for four nights. Plenty going on every night and the noise subsides at a reasonable time to get plenty of sleep. Just the last night a group of people were quite noisy in the kitchen area just down the corridor from our room on the fifth floor which made for a disturbed nights sleep.

This was such a great place to stay at. I had my own double bed to myself and own bathroom. The place provided a locker for all my belongings. The place was cleaned every day. People were incredible! I would recommend it to anyone wanting to stay somewhere affordable and doesn't mind just the basics!

Great location, great staff. The lobby cafe and rooftop lounge were great. Don't forget to ask for your discount in both of these and check your bill to be sure it has been included.

The location of the hostel could not be better! The rooftop bar has the best view of Mexico City. The restaurant is also very good. I definetely recommend this as one of the best hostels I have ever been to.

Rooms are very small and a bit airless. Unfortunately, you are promised a lot of discounts (restaurant, roof bar, ...), but you only get it after some discussion. Rooms were clean. Wired computers are for free.
