This was a great hostel and in an ideal location. The dorm rooms are in the front of the building and tend to be a bit noisy, although while we were there a festival was happening on this front street so the noise likely isn't usually a problem. The showers are good, beds are comfortable, and the sandwich bar is amazing. I would definitely stay in this hostel again.
overall a pretty good hostel in san juan located directly on the main strip close to all restaurants bars and the beach. the staff was very helpful with recommending restaurants and places to go based on your needs. if you plan on doing activities and spending most of your day on the beach/surfing/out, this hostel is for you.

The staff here are great. We had a situation coming in with a bad cab driver and the man working was very helpful in handling our situation with him safely. Staff are very helpful, place is nice and cheap.
Good location, not a noisy place, close to everything. A good place to stay overall, it's well priced too.
I have really mixed feelings about this hostel, on one hand it has a great location, free wifi, (small) private lockers and a great breakfast, but on the other with the exception of one girl the staff were offhand and unfriendly, and the dorms were filthy. I arrived on the Monday night and the bathroom was filthy and the toilet bin full - it wasn't cleaned & the bin wasnt emptied until Wednesday night (not good in a 6 bed dorm next to a beach with a loo you couldnt put loo roll down!)
