Good location, but the staff don't know much about Warsaw or care to get to know anyone. The storage lockers are weak and can easily be broken into. It was an average hostel who charges too much. Not worth money. They were also the only hostel in 4 countries I travelled to where I had to pay for wifi. Good location, but the staff don't know much about Warsaw or care to get to know anyone. I only spent the night at this hostel but found it ideally located between the main station and the old town. It was a clean well appointed hostel with breakfast and very helpful staff. This is my second stay at Hostel Helvetia and we loved it again! Breakfast was great and the staff were wonderful. Our private twin room was warm, spacious and comfortable. Hostel is in an excellent location, couldn't be better in my opinion. The staff were amazing, always friendly and ready to help. Breakfast was ok but not great.
