I had a Great Time. It's right by the Hard Rock and maybe 7 minute walk to the waterfront walkway. Quiet atmosphere for the more relaxed Traveler. I'M GOING BACK IN 90 DAY'S !!!!!! Daniel is Great Costa Rica Marko !!!!

I really enjoyed my stay here. The beds were really comfy, and the rooms were nice and big. The only thing that bethered me were the staff, they were not great.

Man this place was chilled. But if you wanted to party you only have to ask. Daniel the owner was really involved with the hostel and the staff really friendly. The pool was an awesome relief at the end of the day. Everyone was nice and helped me with my Spanish a lot. Definitely would stay here again. Had a great time Daniel. Cheers, Blake

This hostel has a lot of good reviews, and certainly a good location! But unfortunately it\'s not fun at all. The staff is boring and does nothing to encourage resident interaction. The common room was just a bunch of people sitting around hot (no air conditioning) watching Seinfeld and not talking to each other. If you\'re looking for a bed to crash in and then exploring the city, this place can work. Otherwise, if you want a social time, look elsewhere.

Good times, I would suggest getting rid of the beds in the hallway and making that area a sitting area. Great value, great location, pool was nice.

my 2nd visit to this awesome hostel. i would definitely recommend booking a dorm, as the private room just isn't worth it. the prices are amazing for the dorm accommodation, but the price of the private room (US$37) just wasn't worth it. if you're a couple, then it is nice to have a door, but as a solo traveler seeking comfort & privacy, it was a box of a room with a noisy air conditioner & fluorescent lighting. decent view of the pool, & 2 beds. ok, but not as good value for $ as the dorms.

This was a great place to stay, met some nice people. The place was clean and the staffs were very nice and helpful. Would definitely stay there again when I visit panama city.

meet Daniel if you get a chance, high energy and very resourceful. the place vibes of the international adventurous crowd. perfect for those of us who truly enjoy a good adventure and the company of good people. big pancake breakfast! what else can i say? oh, and the bed mattresses are superb. if youre in panama, this is the hot spot to book.

Having stayed at Mamallena and Luna Castle I have decided to stay here in the future. The only negatives having to pay for three people when there were only two. There was a/c in the dorms after 9 and in private rooms all nite. We enjoyed the self-made pancakes and coffee every morning too. This will for sure be our hostel to sty at in the future and we will pass the name along too.

We arrived a day earlier than our booking and they had no rooms available so they then sorted out accommodation for us just up the road and it was fantastic.It was an apartment that had five rooms and all the room in the world.We ended up staying there as it was so comfortable.I just want to thank the owner for being so helpful.

It's great for the chill traveller that loves to be around the other chill traveller, aka not a party hostel aka that's what's great about it. People / owner awesome and super friendly. Fairly new place still working on its persona, hey DANIEL (owner) list of stuff that would make your place your place rad(Er). - one more food fridge -free food box / where travelers leaving can donate food. Ps I left 2 cans of tuna and a bag of limes, hope u find it. -games of some sort -paid Landry

Daniel was super helpful and the hostel was well kept, clean and had a laid back vibe. Would stay again.

Stayed there for 4 nights recently is a good hostel in Panama, the common areas and the garden are great places to chill out away from the city. The pool look a little mirky but was okay. Watch out for the beds in the hall way.......though the hostel did contact me first to let me know what I had purchased. BAthrooms were clean. Would stay there again.

Really enjoyed the time there. They treated me great and made for an excellent stay.

Once I found the place (took the wrong bus from the airport, oh my...!), it was wonderful! The pool is small but clean and a great temp. The staff were very welcoming, even included me in their barbeque free of charge! Shared food and rum with me (and a few other guests too) all night. I'll be back in panama city again at the end of this month, and I can't possibly think of a single reason to stay anywhere else! Thanks!

Nice hostel, good outdoor area with pool to meet and mingle with others with a cold beer. Only a short walk to mini marts or the foreshore. All round a good hostel.

I would advice this hostel to everybody. It is clean, the atmosphere is great and the staff are very nice and help you where they can (EN/SP).
