erHad a geat time at the Villa Vento. One thing I learned is that you can take the bus if you have a bus card to Marabella and walk to the Hostel. When I arrived everyone was sitting by the pool having drinks and socializing after thatt we went to Calle Uruguary and did some more socializing into the wee hours of the morning. The place & people were great on my next visit to Panama I will definitely stay ther

absolutely great place for staying, located in the heart of financial district, nice and cozy rooms with ac, very helpful staff, decent social area and super refreshing pool after all day in concrete jungle of Panama City ;)

This is by far the best place to stay in Panama City. The people are wonderful, you have a nice pool and social area, the beds are super comfortable, the air con a must, and it is in a much better location than the others. You can walk or taxi to Casca Viejo, which is only good for half a day anyway, and Marbella is safe at night, with plenty of cheaper restaurants (for Panama City prices anyway), with a mall/cinema round the corner. And the veggie restaurant a few doors up is sublime!

This was a great hostel. The staff, Anya and Jo, were very helpful. There was always good music playing and the pool was a great place to relax and interact with other people at the hostel. The kitchen and bathrooms were always very clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Located in the financial district of Panama City, this place was pretty awesome. The staff were friendly and very helpful, the place was clean, the pool is amazingly refreshing after spending any time doing anything in the heat. An awesome hostel.

Clean, great staff, and A/C at night. Has a working pool and nice back patio, the bathrooms were clean and large enough. Free pancakes and coffee in the morning. Close to a shopping mall, Hard Rock Cafe, and some fast food. Cool and laid back, the manager and owner were both very helpful (excellent English)and I would stay again.

I love this hostel. I came back to stay here for another visit. Hostel is clean - sheets changed out every day. That's the number one thing a hostel needs. Cleanliness. They have that. Now for everything else - The hostel has a pool, taco tuesdays, great wifi, the rooms are air cond at night. Be sure to ask the staff about various locations in Panama. They provide great suggestions for the rest of your trip.
