Overall good experience, nice clean pool, spacious, and quite comfortable beds. the only negatives were no bottled water for sale although it was advertised, and I thought the evening host wasn't the most personable guy I've met.

Clean and nice, though located quite far from both Casco Viejo and Panamá Viejo. Coffee and pancakes. Nice place overall.

Can't think of a negative thing to say about villa vento surf! The staf where so helpful and create a very fun yet laid back atmosphere, depending on what you feel like. The pool area is a major plus for chilling out before going to party where u will always find a group of people willing to hit the town. If you can get the owner danial to participate in a game of flip cup you can be sure he will be the tour guide for your night out! Very clean and well maintained which is a great comfort.

Excellent location in Panama. The area is very safe, and walking distance to the shopping centre Multicentro and the Calle Uruguay /night club area. The staff let me stay at the hostel and use its facilities (e.g. swimming pool) all day after I've checked out from the room. That is called SERVICE!

We had such a great experience at this hostel and highly recommend it. The staff is great, the whole place is very clean, there are plenty of bathrooms, and the kitchen is the best I have ever seen at a hostel. There is always something fun to do or someone to to talk with here, or if you prefer to rest in a quiet place, the rooms are upstairs so noise is never a concern. The location is great as well. Book this hostel!

the owner is awesome! always super helpful. Great having the pool, safe walking area but the bedrooms are quite packed. down side is having to line up and cook ur own pancakes in the morning but other than that i would stay again.

The cleanest hostel I have ever been in. Good location, not far from Casco Viejo (cca 40 minutes). Simple but clean dorms. We spend there the day before the flight home. It was nice relax before the journey by the swimming pool.

It was one of the nicest hostel i ever been to. the staff is amazing especially the owner. had a great time greets 2 swiss girls

My stay was awesome. Daniel was very knowledgeable about getting around the city and things to do outside of the City. the pool could use a bit more cleaning and I thought the fact that we couldn't play music or be outside at night was a killer, but overall it was fun.

Great staff. Great hostel. Clean. Safe. Cheap.

This hostel was my first stop in panama. There's nothing better for a weary traveller to drop your backpack and be welcomed by a friendly staff memeber and then jump straight into a pool. Awesome. The beds are super comfy and you get pancakes and coffeef or breackfast. There is lots of space to hang out and meet other travellers and there is always a good tune playing in the background. It's a great place to relax and meet people and I left a happy camper. Long live villa Vento surf!
