The staff were wonderful. They were so accommodating and friendly. They organized a taxi for us to/from the airport. They had wonderful recommendations for restaurants, bars and touristy spots.

Really nice staff and a good location, the swimming pool in a city like Guayaquil is a big plus!

Loved the central location of the hostel. Everything was very clean, the bathrooms, kitchen, pool, common area. Hostel owner was awesome and extremely friendly. Invited everyone out to eat with him on most days and introduced us to some delicious Venezuelan food! Always willing to give advice about where to go, what to do, and what to see.

Great hostel! The owner Leo is an awesome guy and the rest of the staff made the experience there what it was. They were always looking to help plan or give directions, and were the friendliest of the friendliest. The backyard pool was a huge bonus especially in the humidity of Panama City. Would definitely stay here again and have been recommending it to all other travellers we meet.

Nice place to spend a couple of days in Panama City. Plenty of opportunities to party, but also easy to just relax and avoid the parties. Plenty of bathrooms/showers which were always clean. The A/C was a nice bonus.

this hostel was amazing. The pool was a real bonus in the heat, but the staff are what made our stay here great. Very friendly, super helpful and really went above and beyond. We also stayed at their other hostel in Playa Murillo which was amazing. Very isolated, but right on the beach and we absolutely loved our stay here. Would rcommend it to everybody coming to Panama.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Good value for money. The pool is only around 1.2-1.6m deep, another guest had money stolen from his bag while it was in the room. Shower curtain was broken and lay on the floor for two days before anyone fixed it.

Chilled as vibe, and it has a pool. I stayed at other hostels in Panama City but this was the most welcoming.

In the hotel services was written hot showers ( hot water in the showers but I have not found).Payment by credit card (when you pay with the card I was told that no cards not accepted ) then in the description of the services do not coincide with reality. some rooms have been built without lockers and beds in each part including a landing. according to my point of view very ugly and not very comfortable for the guests . The double beds are very unstable and noisy . compliments to the girl

I really enjoyed my time at Villa Vento. Definitely the best place to stay in Panama city. Came for one day and ended up staying a week. Relaxed People, the pool is such a plus and the staff is always nice and helpfull. I highly recommend it to everyone who is looking for nice atmosphere and wanna have a great time in the city.

The hostel is alright but it's all the small things combined that start to irritate you; no lockers in the bedroom, horrific wifi, never any change of bigger notes to purchase drinks, fridge out of water to buy (for days), cleaner changing sheets and cleaning rooms from 8am (including a Sunday morning!), no laundry on site, and some staff aren't that friendly (others are great though). Has a fair way to go before it's a proper functioning hostel. Was nice, but wouldn't stay there again.
