Had a great stay here. Special thanks to Candy who helped us deal with our lost luggage and arranging the 'all in one tour' (which was fantastic) for us.

Good hotel, perfect for airport transfers, they pay for taxis to and from San Jose Juan Santamaria, which is awesome but not San Jose Pavas. All in all, very impressed.

The hotel is convenient for those travelling to or from San Jose airport, since it is very near and shuttle transport is included in the price. This otherwise ordinary hotel has a nice garden with a pool and spacious rooms. Service was friendly and helpful. We liked the restaurant very much and the breakfast was refreshing with lots of delicious fruits. We will propably stay there again if visiting Costa Rica.

I had higher hopes for a Best Western hotel but this wasn't very pleasing. I know that the hotel can't help for the surrounding area, but I would never ever recommend anyone to live here. The area feels so totally unsafe (and the one-page-long don't-do-this-list in the guest pamplet doesn't make it better) but the rooms are ok, they have tv though no room service. An alright stay but I ain't coming back.
