We cannot accommodate groups larger than 5 people, even if booked separately. These bookings will be canceled without refund.

Reception Hours:

9:00 AM – 9:00 PM (English)

9:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Spanish only)

Late Arrival: Please let us know if arriving after 11:00 PM.

Quiet Hours: After 10:00 PM

Luggage Storage: Available until 5:00 PM (before check-in & after check-out)

Non-Smoking Property

Alcohol Policy: Moderate drinking only. No high-volume alcohol or loud behavior.

Maximum Stay: 14 nights

Cancellation Policy: Free cancellation up to 2 days before arrival.
