Only problem i had is with internet access. For day of wifi you have to pay 5euros, and the day doesn't finish at midnight, it's more at 9 p.m.

The rooms were great, nice size and everything you need was in there. The rooms were always cleaned and if requested new sheets etc. I did think it abit strange that after 10pm there were no staff at all again until 7.30am. Easy to find and not far from the centre as a U-Bahn is right outside! A great low cost hotel with 24hour access. A high point is our rooms were ready a good 4 hours earlyu so we could unpack immediately!

It is a good location for us to attend the international congress in ICC, and it is near the subway station, easy for transfer. But the room is so small, and the internet connection is not included, which need another payment.

Though there was some cleaning done during the day when we were gone, the floors were not. Walking barefoot in the room was not a good idea. The breakfast served every morning was very good. I could not access the internet via WI-FI. Good thing though, this was the only place we stayed where they charged for it-5 euros per day. It was close to the U-Bahn so accessing the rest of Berlin was easy. The toilet also made lots of loud noises.

Overall a very good experience. The staff on reception could learn from a colleague who smiled and said hello whenever we appeared. One woman just ignored us, while a third gave the impression of being put out when I asked for something rudimentary. My one quibble is the price for internet usage. 5 Euros a day is a rip-off. It is common knowledge that wi-fi costs very little once installed, and free in most hotels. This "hidden fee" looks greedy & outdated given most guests are on a budget.
