Excellent breakfast which was made even better by the fact it was served in our room. The only minor issue for us was the tv screen didnt work- but that didnt really impact our stay at all given we were there to explore not watch TV.

There\'s nothing especially bad to say about this hotel, and the chap behind the reception desk was personable and friendly, but it\'s just one of those totally bland, faceless places that provide all the basics, but are instantly forgettable.

Hotel Arlette was a very good place to stay in Zurich. It is very easy to reach from the train station and is a short walk to the old city area. The only drawbacks were that wireless was an additional fee and the breakfast was modest. However, it is an unbeatable location and an extremely comfortable room with friendly staff that were very helpful.

Well located right near the main train station, the hotel was decked out in 70's decor. The room was clean and the hotel was secure. Charging for internet use was a little greedy as most places don't charge for it. There was construction taking place next door so there was little chance of a sleep in but this is not the hotel's fault. The younger fellow at reception needs to smile a lot more as well.
