service and cleanliness are outstanding bad...value for money is for morocco exceptionally bad, there are so many nicer hotels.

Hotel is clean and ideally located, a 2-minute walk from place Mohammed V. There were little mould spots in a corner of our room and the toilets were a bit basic, but for the price it was great. Breakfast is copious (30 Dh, not included in the price you pay on Hostelworld). Don't rely on E-mail exchanges - we mailed 3 times for pickup, no reply and no-one to pick us up (call instead!). We got the train into town, much cheaper anyway and straightforward. All in all, very satisfied.

Loved this hostel, the building and my room were all very nice. I loved my private terrace that overlooked the city and my bathroom. Casablanca wasn't quite what I had imagined it would be though.

Good hotel. I used the pick-up service as I was arriving late at night to the international airport and it worked well. The staff was friendly and helpful. This is not a hostel, but it is a good option considering the lack of hostel options in Casablanca.
