Helpful and friendly staff with very good air conditioning and only a 8/10 minute walk from Milan Central Station. We found a great pizza place referred to us by a staff member about a block and a half away.Overall good overnight stay.

The room was ok and clean (it is the least you can expect for a 90 euros per night room). After paying this amount for a basic room (without breakfast), the hotel requests 5 euros for luggage deposit from 2pm (before that time it is free), which is totally arbitrary and an unfair practice and uncommercial gesture. This leaves the feeling that this hotel is just after your money. I won't go back there!

Owner Comment (Hide)
Dear Customer, I'm sorry for his comments but can not find objective as the fare paid for his overnight stay was very clear when he booked, it was also quite clear that the breakfast was not included among the services and there 'is written "free luggage", he could withdraw before 02:00 pm. We welcome customers in a courteous, friendly and affable trying to make their stay as pleasant as possible .... we live some of this, it is our job!

No locker/safe, but I booked a private room. Room was in a separate building from office, but it was a residential building and quite safe. Not a great area if you're going to be out late, because it's very quiet, streets are empty at night. Not a particularly busy area in the evenings. Very clean, the apartment where the room was.

Ceiling too low for anyone taller than 180cm. No air conditioning in the room. WiFi signal was good. Only 5 blocks from Milano Central.

I went to the hotel reception to cancel the booking. In their terms and conditions clearly indicates that: " Cancellation policy : 3 days before arrival . For late cancellation will be charged first night. For no-show will be charged the total amount of reservation ." But they charged me the total amount, even when I did not stay there.

Very good hotel. I loved the staff and the lovely dog that they have.

My first trip travelling with my son and we enjoyed this hotel. It was close to the station fro arriving late at night, near some good alternative bars and a pleasant walk into town via the park. All of the staff were friendly. The view out of the back window of the garden with its trees (fig and gardinia (?) and the gentle bell tower made us feel like we were not in the middle of the city. The beds are a little hard, I think it is good value.

If there is no breakfast included at least give a flask for hot water in the room. Its just a very very basic hotel with not much facilities. Some hostels are better than it. Its in a quite unpleasant neighbourhood tho some walking distance away from Buenos Aires Shopping area.

Only a 10 minute walk from Milano Centrale train station! Also right around the corner from the tube/subway entrance if you want to get around (esp. the Duomo - worth seeing!). Huge plus that the bathroom was clean and instant hot water in the shower! Very small, but suitable. The staff was extremely friendly and they have a small bar with a seating area to sit and talk with your friends! Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Milan on a budget! Thanks a million!

This hostel, which is actually a two star hotel, is perfectly located just minutes from the train station and conveniently close too two metro stations. It's got a nice back yard to relax in, the option of breakfast, as well as hot tea and coffee all day long for ones consumption. The rooms are big enough, (I've definitely been in smaller) clean and have a nice shower with plenty of hot water and good pressure. The staff is more then helpful and greatly accommodating! Overall a great place.

It's quite small but clean, and not far from the main train station. But you should pay extra money for the wifi and luggage store.

This place was situated in the middle of what felt like the Bronx. The beds have now developed my bone condition and it is has got worse since. The woman behind the counter was sooooooo unhelpful and everything was a problem for her, she has now given all Italians a bad name for being rude, arrogant and twisted. Worse hotel I have ever stayed in.

Awesome hotel and really worth the price. I would definitely recommend.

thanks a lot for your service....it's excellent...I will book again in Hotel Due Giardini.....Again thanks

Due Giardini was a nice hotel for our first time in Milan located in a walking distance (10 min) from the main railway station and close to Lima underground station. The room was correct and the staff was thoughtful. There are many cofee shops near if you decide the no-breakfast option and many cheap restaurants.

Print your own map with the directions to the hotel as theirs are very vague and there is no map of the area in Milan train station. We eventually had to ask a police officer for directions.

Nice hotel. Very simple but with everything you need for a short stay in Milan. Close to Stazione Centrale. Rooms are smal but comfortable. Air conditioned is working properly which is really important in this city. Wifi works without problems in the rooms. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Two recommendations near the hotel: Little Italy (nice restaurant with reasonable prices, friendly staff and really tasty food) and Gelato Giusto (authentic italian gelato).

Nice stay, easily reachable from the center by public transportation, clean, nice staff, climatisation efficient, in one word : functional. Just a little tip : the room 30 could get really noisy because the climatisation machinery is on the balcony.

Very nice hotel. Staff were excellent and very friendly. Room and hotel was very clean. Location was close to metro stations and the central train station which was nice but far away from any nightlife. This is important to note because it is hard to get around Milan after 12:30 without getting a taxi. But, if your in Milan to relax and see the sights this is a great place to stay.

the people were so nice and they told us everything we needed to know about where we could go to see the places we wanted, there is a nice veranda where you can sit and bring your own food if you like, the rooms are good and the location is good, a very short trip from the train station and near the main shopping street. Great place.
