We had a pleasant stay, we had a private room which was actually located in a separate building and confusing to get to our room. Small bathroom is shared, balcony but you had to climb through a window and didn’t look safe. Lovely staff, clean, good location.

The staff was very very rude! They didn’t shared the WI-FI password for using internet in the reception! This is not welcoming for the tourist. Additionally, I arrived with a friend that needed to use the toilet (for a woman emergency) and they expelled her from the building!!! The location is almost 40min walking from the city center. The price was very high for the location, the terrible treat to the tourist, and what they offered!!

Positive points: Very clean. Fresh towells. Good location just 10 minutes walking from the train station which is ideal if you had planned visiting many other places in Italy. Negative points: Staff aren't the friendliest and we had issues communicating; their English is limited. It's advertised as having air conditioning, that wasn't true. They have fans though. I'm concerned about seeing my credit card details handwritten on a post-it note and left on top of the counter. Data protection?
