I booked this place the day before I was traveling to Frankfurt. When I arrived there was no one at the reception and a phone outside the locked reception door with a sign stating, "Press * to reach call the receptionist". Even with the sketchy looking phone, I picked up and there was no answer. I returned several times between the hours of 2:30 pm and 5:00 pm and each time there was no one there. I ended up going to the hotel down the street and paying 50 Euro for a room for the night.

very safe neighourhood i would say...easy to approach, u 6/7 is just 2 mins walk around, i like my room have a view of the famous church tower, especially at night, coozy

I expected something different. I could only see two room pictures at the website and now I presume these are the best rooms they have. Mine was tacky and they didn't clean. I think I pay too much for such a room...
