The family who run and own it are lovely but the place lacks character, but i guess perfectly ok to stay in for a night or two on the way somewhere else.

Friendly staff. Good location with easy walking to river walk. It is a nice overnight stay on way to islands.

Decent enough place, nothing special. Nice showers and comfy bed although there were quite a few tiny flying insects that kept appearing out of no where in our bedroom. They had a computer for use which was nice and fast Internet. The breakfast was a roll with jam, juice and coffee. Good enough place to stay for a night.

The staff ( there were people who spoke both Spanish and English ) were very very helpful with all the little things that crop up on an international trip. They got me safely from the airport at midnight. Nice and quiet, and a simple breakfast was served. I would stay there again.

Very nice place, I was impressed. A bit of a walk to the Malecon and other places we like to visit but the quiet location and reasonable rate makes it acceptable.

Nice and clean hotel. Great and helpful staff. I was provided a map of the city and they even made sure to call cabs for me. Did not have any breakfast in the mornings so I cannot give an opinion on that. WiFi was decent though late at night the connection seemed to drop. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Teh location was in a neighbourhood that is dangerous at night. Do not be outside after dark , but that goes for all areas in Guayquil.
