Hotel Lasserhof Reviews

Hotel Lasserhof is a gem. The location is excellent, staff are attentive and professional, and rooms are spotless. Breakfast is wonderful. One of the best little hotels we stayed at on a recent 35 day trip.

The staff where rude and arrogant. The male at the front desk on Saturday 7th of April (had curly hair and glasses) wasn't even manning the desk at 9am and I had to wait 15 min before he came and I could check out. Subsequently we missed our tour (who said they would come back for us) and he then told us that the bus that next came was not for us when it was.

The WIFI service in the Hotel was excellent and speedy. However, the refridgerator was out of control in my room. Other things were fine. It was just 5 mins to the HBF Station, but the direction to the hotel was not clear. It should be 'right turn after the tunnel'. There were some traditional resturant near the hotel, just 5 mins distance. Breakfast buffet was also included in the price. Staff was nice here. It was worth to stay in this hotel.

The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were amazing. Which after a month of traveling is all you want. The staff were helpful. The made a mistake with our booking, it was for 3 people instead of for 4, so they just gave us a key to another room. It was great. The wifi is great in the lobby and it reaches the 1st floor. breakfast was good.
