The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were amazing. Which after a month of traveling is all you want. The staff were helpful. The made a mistake with our booking, it was for 3 people instead of for 4, so they just gave us a key to another room. It was great. The wifi is great in the lobby and it reaches the 1st floor. breakfast was good.

It’s a nice hotel with great location – close from railway station and 15 minutes from the city centre (to have a walk along the river Salzach is so pleasant!). We had a comfortable room with a balcony (I guess the staff sort of upgraded us from the room we paid for – thanks!). Breakfast is rich and tasty. Only the breakfast room itself is quite small. I can recommend this hotel to everyone, it’s good value for money in quite expensive (but still so charming) city of Salzburg.

I enjoyed my stay. The breakfast was excellent, the room was spacious and clean. The concierge was very nice about storing our bags for the day as we arrived on a 4am train, provided us with a map and directions. I would recommend this hotel to others.
