The receptionist could not find my booking, put us in a very dirty room for the 1st night, CHARGED US MUCH HIGHER THAN WHAT WAS AGREED, did not get me a cab I asked for the previous night, sparks flew everytime we plugged in appliances, suden power surges damaged our chargers and made everything blow up (the ceiling light went flying, luckily nobody was hurt!), cleaners threw bedsheets down 7 floors very- dangerous! 2nd time in Kathmandu, never staying there again.
