The hotel looked like a slum, the rooms were filthy, that included linen as well. The bathroom was terrible. Staff very unhelpful and trying to rip us off on private rented car and driver that we managed to get a lot cheaper at the taxi rank near the Chembur Railway station.
The room, the bed and the bathroom were filthy. Unhelpful staff. No breakfast.
Never go there!!!it is in slums....to expensive for what they offer and thats nothig!...no wi fi, toilets were washed last time probably when the building was built...i wouldn't recomend it to no one!!!
Would have liked a fridge....but not a big problem. The staff and management had that extra special approach that any traveller welcomes, a great welcome, a listening and 'can do' attitude and help and information whenever needed. I travel to many parts of the world and the one thing I really treasure is a homely atmosphere and knowledgeable hosts. That's the Pearl.
I had a nice time at Hotel Pearl in Chembur. The staff especially were extremely friendly and helpful, and the room and facilities were very nice. The only downside is the location, which is far from most of Mumbai and thus requires some expensive cab rides to and from. Aside from that (or if you have business in Chembur), I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.
