● Please make sure to leave your contact number when making this booking. In case we can't contact you, the booking may not be guaranteed.
● Lockers are provided to each guest. We would request you to carry your own lock. Hostel management is not responsible for all the personal belongings and luggage of the guests.
● Local IDs are not accepted, we would require an ID that is approved by any Government Authority. (except Pancard). Children below 18years are not permitted.
● A sum of INR 200 is to be deposited by every guest on the account of Damage Deposit, which would be collected only in Cash. This amount will be reimbursed on check-out, subject to an inspection of the property.
● Cancellation and prepayment policies vary according to accommodation type.
● Rights to admission reserved.
● This Property Follows Green Hour Initiative , AC's Will Be Shut Down For 4-5 Hours Everyday.

Do not go there until the renovation is done. They are renovating their lift, which means that for the next few months no elevator access for any of the floors. The entire corridor and staircase is covered in dust. and there was a huge pit of cement right outside my room. While I understand the repairs are necessary, but not closing the hostel, not informing guests beforehand, and charging the full price as peak season felt like cheating. On top of that, the staff are rude and not sympathetic.

The staff really took care of me when I got a food poisening: they regularly checked in on me and eventually took me to a doctor. I really, really appreciated feeling so well taken care of. The location on the hostel is great in a very authentic neighbourhood of Mumbai. Dorms and beds are comfi! Lot of people for business purposes though, not a lot of travellers

One star rating because they collected my payment twice - 1200 rupees through my UPI app and 1200 rupees in cash. They argued that they didn’t receive the payment by UPI even though my account clearly showed that the payment went through, saying that it’s a common mistake when foreigners trying to pay by UPI and that my money will be returned on the app after 48 hours. That was 4 days ago … as there is no contact number to be found online, I‘m asking to reach out to me to settle this matter at the earliest.
