The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. They gave us excellent advice and directions and made our stay in Toulouse much more wonderful than it would have been without their help.

The staff was very helpful and fun. They helped us with dinner reservations and sites to see several times. The breakfast was a nice continental one. The room was clean and functional. Cannot complain.

top place to stay if your ever in toulouse, the staff are helpfull, its clean and tidy and only a short walk from the center and the main bus/train station

The location of the hotel was okay near to the train & bus station. The staff were helpful, but there's no lift to used & we we're at the 3rd floor, the room i feel that we dont have privacy because we can heared the other guests talking from their room and vice versa, the bed we're just enough for 2persons eventhough we booked a superior double bed

The staff was extremely helpful with recommendations on what to see in the city and where to eat. The street the hotel is on is fine and the location is right by the train station, but the surrounding streets aren't safe (which the staff warned us about when we arrived).

A pleasant stay! The hotel is located in a strategic place, near the city center and the train/bus station. The room is clean and quiet. Good value for money!

Would recommend this hotel, good locatation for the price and very helpful staff. There was 6 of us staying here and we all said that we would use the hotel again. Vincent on reception was very helpful even before we got there.

The staff were great, the hotel was clean and well presented. We were warmly welcomed and enjoyed our stay.

The staffs are very helpful, and friendly young people. And the info they gave are really useful. However, the block around the hotel is really not good, and it's noisy during the night. Security might be OK (not as horrible as some places in the US, at least people don't have gun here), but you just feel unpleasing. Anyway, the price is really nice, and really close the the train station.

Really convenient for the station - 5 minute walk - and for town - 10 min walk. Staff were very friendly and helpful, with excellent english. The room was clean and comfy, with a/c and tv. The walk into town is down a main road, but it does seem to be a favourite with street drinkers, so had a few requests for money / cigarettes but it's too busy too feel unsafe. Would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed very much our stay at this hotel. If ever back to Toulouse, we will repeat for sure. Thanks a lot for the pleasant stay.

Tren geltokia oso hurbil dago, 2 minutura. Inguruan inmigrante asko eta eskaleren bat bizi da, kalea kebab eta antzeko jatetxeetaz beteta dago. Baina berriz Toulousera joanez gero hotel honetara etorriko nintzateke. Bestela erdigunetik gertu dago, 10 minutu ingurura. Langileak jatorrak dira.

Excellent value for the cost. Great staff. Close to train station and airport shuttle stop. I plan to stay here again for my next business meeting in Toulouse, January 2012.

little far from the centre but right near the station so not bad. got an amazing room with heaps of space and a good ensuite. was a bit annoyed at the staff who didn't tell us breakfast wasn't included and we got billed for it anyway. other than that you really do get your money's worth

Nice enough budget hotel near the train station. In kind of a seedy area at night, though.
