Upon arriving at this extremely over priced and very unhygienic place it was apparent that hardly any (if any) care had ever been taken. Although it was in a fantastic location being just a stones throw from the tube, shops etc... The staff were incredibly unhelpful and on one specific instance we needed to make a crucial phone call to make a change to our departing flights but were told it would be 7 pound, shortly after they said it was to expensive all together and told us to use a payphone

This is my 2nd time in this hotel. Reason is all about location because you can walk, take bus or tube to wherever you want. About eat, you can find the fast food shop or some restaurants nearby so you don't worry about hungry. About the hotel, i booked 4 nights with double bed for one person, the washroom was suck, it was flooding after shower. The heater should be called "cooler". Breakfast is okay. It's stlill worth to live in cuz this is hotel not hostel.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, nice staff, nice rooms, excellent breakfast. The only thing was that we could hear the tube running beneath our room, we didn´t mind but some others may do. We would come again!

The rooms were very small and dirty, it was always too cold or too hot in the room and the fan did not work.

Absolutely disappointing, there is not anything else to say. Stay away from this place that will just rip you off. The location is OK being quite central, however the rooms a small, dirty and you will not be able to sleep while the tube is operating; you will think the train track goes right through your room. Not very helpful at early checkout and after all a total rip-off. Bathroom can't be talked bathroom, it is 1 sqm with a toilet and shoer head above

Worse than expected even after the bad comments. Absolutely horrible experience. Checked out after 1 night and ended up paying 180 pound for the 1 night and early departure. This place is a dump and absolute shock.

Our stay at this hotel by far exceeded our expectations, especially the price-value taken into consideration.
