We only stayed here for 6 hours after a night bus but the staff were communicative and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and the hostel is well maintained. One suggestion is that the staff are more accountable for the level of noise in the common area which is right outside the rooms. A daft woman was shouting into her Skype microphone for over 30 minutes and you could hear it from one end of the hostel to the other. The staff should have intervened.

Room had no windo for no fresh air and was very dusty. I was in the room 5 minutes before I went and told reception that I would like a room with a window, they did not have so I said I would stay the night but then check out tomorrow. She said that was fine but the owner only allowed her to refund me 1 night. If you like fresh air for your room this is not the place for you.

The rooms are really basic... just a simple mattress on the floor and a small table and light, but clean and inexpensive. The location couldn't be better, steps away from the biggest mall in KL, with the BEST amusement park! Staff are elusive but nice. Shared bathrooms have great water pressure and hot water. good value.
