We found some of the reception staff quite unwelcoming, but the breakfast- and bar servers were very nice! We happened to have some bad luck with our roommates (very noisy both nights) which is certainly not the hostel´s fault, but of course it has a bit of an influence on our overall view of the stay. The shower in our room was also not in very good condition :P . Since the bar personnel was so nice, we found it sad that you seem to have so few customers there all the time! :)

Really good hostel, rooms are new and bathroom is clean and modern. Only thing is the laundry facilties dont work and are tempremental. Staff is really good. Bar was unfortunately closed when I was there, so was not so great to have fun, but there is an awesome backpacker bar next door anyway.

After a long day of traveling withwas wonderful to arrive at Jaeger's Munich. The woman at the front desk was nice and helpful, giving us a map of the city and a coupon for 2 free shots at the hostel. Our private double room was very clean and modern. The bed was also very comfortable! The only small complaint I had at first was that the room smelled like cigarette smoke, but after opening the windows for a few minutes (and a quick Febreeze spray), it quickly went away. High recommendation!

Great location, great staff. I have stayed at jaegers on two seperate occasions and loved it! The dorms are safe and cozy and the private rooms are comparable to 4 star hotel rooms. I will always stay at jaegers when in Munich!

The hostel it's well located, right next to the train station. Rooms are clean, it has an elevator. I would absolutly recommend the breakfast, it's complete. The staff was nice, except the girl with glasses, she is really rude with the customers.

The only thing that could have been better was if the check out time was at 11. It would have made the travelday a lot easier if we could have stayed a little longer in the morning.

1. The Room looks like a prison. 2. Rusted old beds always creaking. 3. One small window. 4. No reading lights. 5. Only 3 wall socket for 10 people. 6. Very dirty floor and walls. 7. Smelly toilet. 8. 30 sec. shower. With stupid button. 9. Very noisy, loud music from 23 PM until 4AM every day. Couldn’t sleep. We strongly DON’T recommend Jaeger's Munich!

every morning a person entered the room (private) without knocking at the door and he got in also if I was in the bathroom. The bar closed all the evenings before 11 pm and not at 1am as planned. the hostel is clean, low cost and with no problem of sleeping in the night, but with no personality and with no fun. The staff at reception not always is nice. Breakfast is too expensive.

It wasn't great value for money, it was the night after new year but was still pricey compared to other hostels. There was only one shower between 10 people which was a bit of a nightmare. The women's toilet was broken and the alternative in the basement was really smelly. The reception staff were nice but for some reason made me wait a long time to get my deposit because they were doing a shift change. Wifi was good and the room and en suite was clean.
