Our double room en suite on the 2nd floor facing the street is not noisy. The room airconditioning is not very effective but the hot water shower flow is good. They arrange car pool for our 3D/2N trip to Karakul Lake, Tashkurgan and to the border of China/Pakistan which is the highlight of our trip.

Good place to stop in Kashgar. Lovely courtyard, good place for hanging out.

This hostel is great. Beautiful courtyard, excellent location, friendly, English-speaking staff. Good place to meet other travels travelling to/from Kyrgyzstan. The only thing that could be better is if there were individual lockers IN each dorm room. At the moment there are smaller lockers in the office.

everything good except the staff are not able to give us good advices about going on ourself to interesting places. they mainly advertise expensive tour operators

Hostel has a very central location in the Old Town. The private ensuite rooms are excellent value and include an eggs, toast and real coffee breakfast. The staff are helpful and a good source of information on local public transport.

The lock on our door worked very poorly, and the staff's suggestion was just to not leave anything valuable behind, the staff which spoke no English. It's a clean and lovely place otherwise, a good place to meet other traveller. Oh, and no locks on the toilets/showers.

Great place in a great location. However be warned that the hostel has 3 different parts - the main one gets extremely noisy during the day and during the night due to rather careless Chinese travellers. Make sure you get yourself a room in the very quiet a cosy area just around the corner of the hostel building.
