Very helpful and friendly staff. Great place to meet other travellers and good base to explore Kashgar and surrounds. Good value but also have comfortable single/double rooms with ensuite. Recommended.

Staff very helpful and good common room. Right in the old town. Beds still a little too hard.

seemed understaffed, gave us a twin instead of a double at first, but might have been site error. Bit sparse and bleak but guess maybe that was because it was winter

Great location near to a few markets and eating areas. New building very clean room, better than many hotels I've stayed in. Great Uighur style to the reception room and very helpful smiling staff.
