The hostel staff was great. The girls were very helpful. Breakfast could be better, they only offer milk, coffee and cereal. They also could renovate the bed in the summer room, it kind of old.

Although the breakfast was only cereal they had some variety. Really nice place, I stayed in a 12 bed room and still we had good space between beds. Surely recommend it!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Free beer each night was great. Great facilities and a great atmosphere. Couldn't ask for anymore.

Everything at the hostel is great. You have cereal for breakfast and tea and coffee all day. The staff is also great, but really think it through if you plan on taking the tour to the castles (Peles, Rasnov and Bran (Dracula)), because only Peles is worth the trip. Draculas castle isnt even Draculas castle, and Rasnov... just a good view from a bunch of old stones. So maybe you can go to Peles by public transportation instead of paying for the whole package.

Friendly staff and they offer a one day tour of the three nearest castles. One thing, they tell you the tap water is safe to drink - this is incorrect.

Kismet Dao was a great place to stay. Not too far from the train station or city center. No wait for the showers and hair dryers are free to use. The staff is super helpful and I would definitely recommend their three castle tour. Also ask about the free walking tour.

The day trips are cheap and worth it and conveniently organized by the hostel. We wouldn't have been able to see everything we saw without the tour to the 3 castles. The staff are very helpful and everyone should go on the walking tour that is lead by students in Brasov.

Best hostel I've ever stayed at. The staff are all super cool and helpful. The hostel is clean and neat., location couldn't be better, and pillows remind me of home. They even threw me a surprise birthday party! Love 'em!!!

A great hostel with a really good feel... all you could possibly eat cereal for breakfast! We stayed in a twin room, so it was very safe. Security door entry with a camera at the front gate. I got a small bite on my arm by the dog that roams the hostel.. BUT.. its was a puppy, so I cant blame it. It was a fun hostel and clean and the staff were great - the staff know some great places to eat (we went there twice for a great feed!) and local info.

A great hostel with clean dorms, big showers and lockers that will actually fit your bag. The staff are so nice and will help you with whatever you need. Great kitchen and big lounge area downstairs for hanging out. Would definitely recommend this hostel.

The hostel is a great place to stay in Brasov. It's pretty easy to get to from the train station, the staff is very friendly and helpful, and Teddy the Hostel Dog is quite a fun character, although watch out for your cords or he will try and eat them! The place is all around awesome, and it's easy and fun to chill out in the common rooms. Good place to meet people as well. Would definitely stay here again.

My family and I left Romania when I was a child and coming back after so many years I have found a reborn country, with so much to offer and Brasov is the best place to start. I don't have a home here anymore but Kismet has welcomed me with open arms and I had the most amazing time here.

A nice relaxed and clean hostel to see an otherwise mundane city. The free drink for each day you stay was a nice touch even if they were at room temperature (just put them in the freezer in the kitchen for a little while). And the large selection of movies was nice when you just wanted to chill out.

Helpful staff, stayed in the 12-bed-dorm and it was spacious. Showers were clean, free breakfast was cereal+milk but good enough. Fast wi-fi. Would stay here again next time :)
