We are located in the old area of the city, in the Medieval Center of Brasov. Brasov is the most visited Transylvanian city. Personally I found it difficult without reception on site. There is no luggage storage for travellers arriving early or leaving later. All the notices about our responsibility to empty rubbish in bins yet someone entered while we were out and emptied bins, so room is not secure. Other than that the accommodation is excellent location and clean.

The apartments are in a pretty good location. However, customer service is the worst. I could not find the entrance initially as we arrived at night. And there's a tiny little sign that says Main Street apartments. But there is no direction on where to go or what to do. once you reach out for customer service to help they seem to be reluctant and seem to get upset When they provided with assistance, I do not recommend 100%. Lighting is poor and visible.

The apartment was easy to find and access using the instructions sent in advance (on the morning of our arrival). It was light and spacious, the bed comfortable, the wifi good, and the shower fine (although the water took ages to get hot). However, the floor and other nooks and crannies were not very clean, and the kitchenette consisted of a fridge, sink, microwave, and coffee machine, with no ground coffee supplied - although there were some sachets of Nescafé -a kettle would be great.
