Great atmosphere and friendly staff. Very efficiently run hostel. Had a private twin-room which was really good but the dorms looked good too. There is a nice atmosphere amongst the guests which I credit the hostel with creating. They have a cute dog too!! Of the 4 hostels I stayed at in Romania this was my favourite. Oh and a free beer each night? - I like this!
Really lovely hostel with friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are cosy and the facilities are great. The atmosphere created by the hostel and the staff makes for a friendly and relaxed stay. In all I'd say this is a fantastic hostel and would recommend it to anyone. There's also Zahra, a playful and friendly dog, which made the stay that more special.
great location walking distance from town centre. nice and helpful staff that will organize day tours to the castles around including the famous dracula castle, and tell you insider tips where to go out to eat and what to do
Great staff. Breakfast all day. A free beer everyday. Inexpensive. One bus ride from bus terminal. 20 minute walk otherwise. Great kitchen. Greatest hostel in Romania.
The staff was very helpfull and the hostels had large and confortable rooms. Breakfast included and also a free drink per day!! I definitely recomend it! Showers can be improved.
Large and spacious dorm (8-bed), kitchen available, good-sized common room, and adequate amount of bathrooms/showers available, though the downstairs shower room is a little chilly! Handy location for the town centre, and also to access the bus for Bran Castle.
GREAT hostel!! Staff was really helpful, breakfast ok (don't expect toast or something to eat), lot of bathrooms, nice common room downstairs, complete kitchen, and the fact that you get a free drink every night is just perfect to hang there and meet new people DEFINITELY recommend!
Great showers with incredible pressure and hot water, though none of the ones I used drained properly - was standing in ankle deep water by the end of an average shower. The kitchen is big, breakfast is a few types of cereals with (non instant) coffee. There is a big common room downstairs and no dorms are down there so you don't have to be quiet at night. They give you a free drink every night you stay! Bit of a walk to the town centre but that's the only slight downfall at all.
The staff welcomes you with a free drink. Judit was one of the most charming recepcionists we've ever met and helped with everything we needed. The hostel has an area to rest and socialize. There is free wi-fi and breakfast. The only thing I didn't like was the smell in the bathroom, which seemed clean, though.
Good hostel, maybe did I not so much enjoy having y room next to the kitchen, but this is a detail.
Fun place to stay, located a bit of a walk from the main drag in town. Lockers in the rooms and a secure entrance. Staff were nice and had good reccomendations. Showers could use the attention of a handyman, but overall good facilities.
Lovely place, nice staff, easy to meet other travelers and it is just relaxed.
