The very good reputation of Cloudland is thoroughly deserved! Suits all age groups.

I am going with my friend.They are really very helpful with our travel/booking tikets and next hostel.Also the staff in the bar are nice too.I will dedinitely come back.

Clean/good location/helpful staff act.

Great dorm beds & facilities & nice little touches. Staff are super friendly and helpful - one member of staff, Zhang Min, was super kind and lovely and even offered to come with me to the pharmacy when I was sick to help me get the right medicine!, great friendly service that goes the extra mile!

One of the rarely things to do in kunming is staying in this so relaxing hostel! Wonderful! I've been there twice and always was a great choice

Bot a bad hostel, but I'v stayed in better during my trip. Only 3 showers then one of the bathroom where under renovation.

Very good place to spend a couple of days in kunming. The atmosphere was good and staying there was so relaxing.

This hostel was in a really lovely area of Kunming near Green Lake, and was super modern and clean. Also very quiet.

The plan is only one night here .But I am still here right now even a few days passes.The hostel is really good.Helpful staff and clean room.

people are very nice there,they can answer almost all the questions I have, and even though thet can't they looked up for me,the location is very good, they have buses to go to all the bus stations and airport and train station. I whould love to stay in there every time i visit kunming!

Not the easiest place to find even with the map. Food was a bit overpriced especially for the standard delivered, one day you did not even have any rice! Staff were nice and helpful. Lockers in dorm room could do with a overhaul, as could bunkbed ladders. A better way to dry cloths would be useful, although we understand space is limited.

Very helpful and friendly staff, nice atmosphere and facilities. The portions in the restaurant however were really small, you could hardly call them a meal.

The staff at Cloudland are amazing really helpful, friendly and knowledgable. It is a family here and if you don't want to party til dawn ever night is the place to stay. Things are very chilled out, its a great place to see the west side of the city with a park outside that is full of chinese life and the centre isn't far away either. The west cliff is the place to see. Have a great trip. J

It's such a comfortable place, very easy to relax and have fun. The location is great, close to everything you need. The staff is very friendly and willing to help with anything. The rooms, bathrooms, and showers were always extremely clean. I would definitely recommend it!!

Cloudland is clean, well-run, and helpful. A great place to have fun or relax.
