Located in the heart of Kunming, The Hump Route Hostel has been a popular destination for travelers for more than 15 years and has recently been totally renovated.
It is named after The Hump Route, a route across the eastern Himalayas created by the American Air Force during World War 2.
The Restaurant and Bar is serving both authentic Chinese food and Western food. In the daytime, you can enjoy the sunshine on the terrace and in the evening, have a game of pool or watch the bar entertainment.
Our drink menu features a selection of beers from affordable Qingdao to high-end Erdinger, and a variety of cocktails, juices, and coffee. There are three terraces at The Hump, where you can relax, read books or have a drink, the main terrace is the coolest rooftop garden in Kunming! Overlooking the rooftop garden, you will see the ancient twin gates of Jinmabiji Square.
