The hostel doesn't provide breakfast, laundry service, or any service for tours, buses booking etc. It is though well located, the rooms are clean and spacious. A great place to relax. The staff is friendly.
Jacqui was very friendly, helpful and gave us a lot of information when we arrived. We stayed another 4 nights as we were there for carnival and couldn't leave as the bus drivers may have been drunk! We stayed in the 4 bed for which was very clean and the shower was always hot. Only downside was the mattresses were really uncomfortable and the pillows were the worst we have had. More of a B&B than a hostel so not much atmosphere. Sucre is good but wish we had been there when it wasn't carnival.
Stayed here for six nights. Jacqueline (the owner) was very helpful and caring when I became unwell and provided me with a local English speaking doctors number. Clean, well stocked kitchen, great sitting room with a tv with lots of DVDs. Missing an indoor dining space which is my only minor criticism. The room was huge! Very clean, with a relaxed atmosphere. Definitely recommend,
