It was a good Hostal, anyway the guy makes the stay there really incomfortable. I thought it was just a misunderstood wiht an other way (who commented when i was checking the characteristics of the place in the website, but it is a big problem. If he doesn't like or can't speaking or dealing with people the service sector is not for him, but if he works in this sector he does understand that this is a basic point in this businnes. The rest of the crew is good. //

the worst hostel ever. the guy at the reception was so bad to me. He refused to give me back the change on the price of the room and because I asked to have the change back, he said that finally he does not have any more room for me and he stopped the WIFI of the whole hostel to unable me to look for another place to stay...really a bad experience!!!

A nice hostel in a great location. HOWEVER - one of the staff members was the rudest man I have ever come across in my entire life. He tried to overcharge us saying we had only booked in 2 people and a 3rd person was staying in our room illegally. This was entirely untrue as we had checked in all above board and had 3 keys to prove it. When we explained this to him he told us to "F*** OFF!" and chased us out of the hostel. So in summary, stay here if you don't mind being sworn...

The room was a bit noisy (thin doors, so you could hear everything from the kitchen, tv, corridor and entrance), but otherwise excellent

Great Place, only fault was that you couldn't drink in the common room, but the nightlife 5 minutes away negates any need for it

I stayed in the hostel just one night, but have to admit that it was great. Beds were clean and cosy, there was a really nice kitchen/dining area and of course fantastic great staff.

Good hostel, cheap, in the center of the city. The staff could be a little more sympathetic but all right!

Our new year's eve in Poznan was great - La gitarra is located 5 min from the old town square! The room was nice, bathroom ok but sometimes there was not enough hot water for everyone;) One thing was that cleaning lady was very loud in the morning and she was more talking on the phone than cleaning actually.. Also hostel's parking is not free.
