I was not informed online that I could not stay there without an international passport or student ID, so I couldn't even stay there once I drove all the way there. This was a pain and I would say that was very negative that they did not inform me of this before I reserved the room.

Great hostel it was clean and the facilities were good it is close to old vegas which is the best place to eat and drink cheap. It is a little way away from the main strip but they do run buses every 20min or half hour

Ray, Lionel, Tony and Pamela were super friendly and always willing to help. Super nice that they had shuttle drop off at the Vegas strip. Great location as short walk to the revitalized Freemont (downtown old Vegas) strip. Could not have gotten better weather. 7-11 across the road (slushies and booze) Bus service outside door. Neighbourhood not near as sketchy as it used to be last time I in Vegas 4 years ago. I on budget but still got Vegas exp and could visit friends in the hotels

I was there for a couple nights and think that it is a great option for someone without high expectations. I did have some problems checking in because of computer problems which was frustrating considering I arrived late at night, but the staff was friendly and willing to answer questions and provide advice on how to get from one place to another. It was also nice to have the option of fixing breakfast. The area is definitely sketchy so that is something to watch out for.

This hostel was located in the hood!!! Not close to the strip at all and homeless people had been coming in the window and sleeping in the first floor rooms which is where they had us stay!

I only stay at the hostel the last two nights of my staying, so I didn't participate at the hostel activities, but they have many. I didn't like the location, the neighborhood is pretty strange and I didn't feel safe at all. There are buses going to The Strip really close to their location, though.

On the webside it said that the hostel is close to the strip. That's definitively NOT true! The strip is not in walking distance, you have to take the bus. But the bus system in Las Vegas is good and the staff at the hostel is very helpful. The neighborhood of the hostel is kind of shady. As a girl I would never go out alone after dark! Also I expected the room to be a little bit cleaner...

Well, first of all, it is placed around the ghetto area so just be prepared if you are going to that hostel and also I paid about 45 dollars to get there by taxi. Staffs are kind but rooms are not clean. You have pay for towels and stuff but it`s just like the other hostels. I really don`t recommend this place.

They had over booked our room so possibly just better systems of organisation of bookings and even communication between staff about what was going on. Possibly offering discounts to people if you have stuffed up... Cleanliness was really bad, mouldy bathroom, wet and dirty floor, maybe better cleaners or products and get bath mats? Sheets and towels were old and stained and just nasty. Customer service pretty bad, with exception to a few.

It was horrible. First of all it's really far away from he strip. No way you can walk there under 1 hour. Second, it's disgusting- the facilities, the area where it is and the people. We just stayed one night and then changed. It's not a safe area. You are surrounded by dangerous people everywhere. And the police never comes down there.

Extremely friendly and courteous staff. I was greeted with open arms and the utmost hospitality. Room was clean, Fellow hostel patrons were very nice. New Years celebration was a great time in Vegas. I heard the pizza place attached to the hostel is pretty good, but I didn't get a chance to try it.
