Third floor was noisy, had a great time in basement. All of the staff was great and accommodating. Location was terrific, the Metro, town and shopping centres close. Great place, great people and great location. What more could you ask for .

A really good hostel to stay in. Lots of bright colours and the staff was very helpful. In a great location. Walking distance to Mont Royal and the old town as well as the party streets at night.

It's a great hostel and their studio rooms are just fantastic and have everything you need to cook your own food, but I wouldn't count on their breakfasts: they are just toasts and jam.

The reception staff was really unwelcoming and unable to solve any problem.

The only major good point was the location. The dorms were cramped with no ladders to the top bunk - meaning you had to use a chair or jump and wake the person in the bottom. Very restrictive times for soial area opening (thrown out at 11pm and not allowed to access the reception until 8, despite saying 24 hr reception). Only a 3 hour window in which you can cook and 6 hour window to use the washing machine. One toilet for about 8 dorms on 2nd floor. Toilets stank too. Avoid.
