I’m very used to hostel staff being some of the friendliest in customer service. The woman didn’t even vaguely crack a smile. We weren’t told how to get to our room just left to find it. The room was a bit sad, the lockers provided were tiny and didn’t seem very secure. The air con wasn’t great either. There were 2 bunk beds, the bottom bunk was claimed on both. My partner is of a larger build and when he got on top of it the whole thing was screeching and moving drastically. We left immediately
