The staff here are excellent! So helpful and very cheerful! One member of staff printed the train timetable off for me and advised me when to take the metro and when to take the train. He also advised of good places to visit and places to eat. I found the hostel very welcoming and for what I paid great value for money!! I would recommend it and if I were to stay in Lisbon again I would most definitely go back.

Stayed only one night due to a flight connection. The only complaint is that the internet signal isout of the range in the dormitories (at least at the room that I stayed)
