⏳ Check-in: After 3:30 PM (free luggage storage if you arrive early).
⏰ Check-out & extensions: Before 11:00 AM. Late check-out fee: €30.
🔑 Refundable deposits (cash only):

* Padlocks: €5
🐶 Pets: Allowed in private rooms only.
🍽 No eating or drinking in the rooms.
🚫 No outside visitors allowed.

House Rules & Cancellations
🚨 No Stag Parties – we love a good time, but this isn’t the place for wild groups.
❌ Cancellations within 48h of arrival = Charged for the first night + tax.
🚫 Large groups: We do not accept group bookings (even if made separately).
⚠️ Don’t switch beds/bunks – a €5 service fee will apply.

This was my first hostel experience, and it set the bar through the roof. The rooms are nice, have working AC, spacious lockers and comfortable beds. Common areas were beautiful, and very social. Mommas dinner was especially a great way to meet new friends. I honestly have no complaints, it was a great stay. Pun intended, it felt like home

This was an absolutely incredible hostel. It was extraordinarily social, had super friendly staff, felt safe, and was kept very clean. Mamma’s dinner was delicious and heartwarming. I would recommend this hostel to literally anybody wanting to visit Lisbon because I experienced such a lovely community here
