We arrive there at 9 am but we couldn´t check in until 4 pm!! They allowed to keep our lugage in a private room but we didn't get any ticket or identification certifying that our lugage was tehre.
Bathrooms are clean when they are cleaned in the afternoon, but they're too dirty in the morning, when they are more necessary.
Anyway, it's well communicated by bus and metro with the whole city, including the airport. But quite far by walking.

Actually, I have no idea whether the hostel is good or not - I did not go there. I couldn't manage to cancel the booking after I became sick and couldn't go to Lisbon at all, neither online by hostelworld.com, nor calling the indicated phone number 5 times. That sucks!!! It can be a problem that breakfast doesnt start until 8.30am, when one has to be at an event starting at 9am elsewhere in the city. Given the queue it isnt possible to get breakfast until 8.45, which is too late. When we came back at night, there was someone sleeping in our bed!!! The staff at the hostel has time when it comes to checking in or out; having 5 people waiting in line doesnt seem to cause other members of the staff that walk by to want to deal with the people waiting. The breakfast is plentiful; considering the location, the hostel is very quiet. Rooms are not very big, but clean and secure.
