It was perfect. The staff, particulary Mrs Kim, was very friendly and welcoming. The hostel is very clean and safe. The staff organize many goods trips no so expensive. All the day we had wifi free, fruits, tea and coffee free. We spent a very good time in this hostel. The location is perfect to visit Hanoi very easy. We recommend you this hostel.

Breakfast was great, but the staff also offered us extras which they had made that morning and gave us extra shakes and fruit throughout the day which was very nice! The bedroom was a bit small but comfy and the location was gorgeous next to the lake, plenty of good places to eat nearby. Staff were extremely helpful in helping us plan the rest of our trip.

This hostel is good if your only in Hanoi for a few days if you want to see the city or if you need a stop over point before a trip to Haylong Bay. The hostel is located right opposite the lake in the middle of town but far enough from the bars and pubs that noise is not an issue. The rooms are clean, simple and cleaned everyday. The staff are so friendly and will go out of their way to help you with anything from booking a day trip to exchanging money if your moving countries.

This is a great hostel with terrific staff - really helpful and friendly, they went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable whilst in Hanoi. They spoke great English and were able to provide all the local information we needed during our stay. We'd definitely stay here again if were in Hanoi!

What a great place to stay! They offer a good deal on transfers to and from the airport, include breakfast, complimentary drinks and fruit on arrival, and everyone that works there are extremely nice and helpful. The rooms are big and clean, and have all of the amenities of home. Would definitely recommend staying here when visiting Hanoi!

Had a great stay here. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean. Breakfast (which is simple, but just what you need) is included in the price. If I happen to go to Hanoi once again I will definitely stay here again!

This hostel is more like a hotel than a hostel. The woman that runs it during the day is energetic and helpful (sometimes a little bossy). She gives excellent advice, but will sometimes discourages you from doing things that turn out to be lovely (do the activities you want to do). The private rooms are excellent, hotel quality with AC and good showers. The free breakfast every morning adds to the appeal of this hostel. Location is fantastic (directly on the lake), and

Super Hostel.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The people at the front desk were very polite and helpful. They offered free bottled water and there was fresh fruit in our room daily. The hostel is in an alley but they lock the front door every night as well as the gate to the alley so I felt very safe.

I enjoyed my stay at Little Hanoi Hostel 2 as each staff we met were enthusiastic to speak to us, sincere and genuinely friendly. Not only did they help us locate the various interesting places in Hanoi, they were instrumental in making transitions to Sapa and Halong Bay smooth with the services offered by heir travel desk.
