Alex was amazing, recommending amazing excursions and trips to sapa, ha long bay and more! All excursions were great quality and we had lots of fun! Ha long bay was the highlight, sapa coming to a close. We had the best time despite it raining the whole time we were here. Staff are so patient and kind, even staff who are not able to speak English as well. I highly recommend staying in this hotel, rooms were lovely (private) a staff took great care of us! Although it’s a 3-star hotel, the service truly feels like 5 stars. Alex was incredibly friendly and helpful – from arranging my room to suggesting activities around Hanoi that are perfect for backpackers like me. He also helped me book tours to Ha Long Bay and Ha Giang at very good prices, and stayed in touch to support with any issues. An amazing experience – I’ll definitely come back and recommend this place to my friends!
