-Any cancellation received within 7 days prior to the arrival date will be charged for the entire stay. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur a charge of 100% of the booking value (Hotel policy).
- Please send the hotel your credit card number along with the card's expiration date and year, and your CV code to secure your reservation. Please send this information as soon as your reservation is confirmed via Hostel word to our email.

1. Payment Method upon check in guest can pay by Credit Card or Cash. Payment by Credit Card surcharge 3% Services Charge and 10% for government Tax. Pay by Cash no need to pay 3% surcharge and 10% for government.
2. FREE Cancellation Deadline: 7 Days before check in date.
