Cannot say more excellent things about this Hostel. We were welcomed with breakfast after an early morning flight by the wonderful staff who is very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. And the ensuite was great. Free tea or coffee every morning with your free breakfast. All information given was fantastic. We even booked a 1 day trip through them to Halong Bay which was excellent value (and included a great lunch). Would certainly stay again no doubt!

Great Staff! Wifi didn't work and we didnt't have hot water. But everything worked out perfectly at the end. Ocasión is amazing and rooms are very clean. Fresh fruit, coffee and tea for free!

Right across the street from the lake where locals and tourists are walking, exercising and enjoying the serenity of the lake. Very friendly staff who helped organize transportation and kept our bags while we waited for the night train to Sapa.

Little Hanoi was excellent in all categories. Since I just came from other Southeast Asian countries, a fresh baguette, eggs, and bacon for breakfast was amazing. They helped me find everything I needed in the city of Hanoi with their nice little maps available at the front desk. Thanks Hang! I had a great time staying with you! -Colin

The staff are amazing. Very friendly and helpful with booking our tours and getting us around on time with a tight schedule. Gave us a great breakfast every morning even when we weren't staying there and a room to shower. There kindness and hospitality was greatly appreciated. Definitely recommend this place to others.

Staff is really friendly, making jokes all the time and ensuring you are comfortable, ALL of tem. You can meet many travelers in the lounge area. The location is absolutely fantastic, I can't think of a better one. It's within walking distance to all attractions, but still silent. The room had a great lake view.

One of the best hostels I've ever stayed in! We booked the trips to Halong Bay and Sapa with them and when we arrived back in Hanoi they offered us breakfast and a room to have a shower. I truly recommend it!

We arrived early in the morning to find that I had accidentally booked for the night before. They found us a room quickly anyway and didn't charge us for the night we didn't show (which they had every right to do). While we waited, we were served breakfast (which we didn't pay for) and hot tea. In short, the staff is friendly, helpful, attentive and honest. We were very happy with the Halong Bay tour we booked through them. All in all, this is the best service I've had in 3.5 months in SE Asia
