NO LIMPIARON LA HABITACIÓN EN DOS DÍAS LAS HABITACIONES SON AGOBIANTES POR CARECER DE VENTANAS, LAS HABITAIONES SE ENCUENTRAN EN UN SÓTANO NO HAY DESAYUNO, EN LA PÁGINA DA LA IMNPRESIÓN DE QUE SÍ LO HAY Y ADEMÁS ESTÁ INCLUIDO COBRAN 1 LIBRA EN CONCEPTO DE CONSIGNA SI DEJAS LAS MALETAS EL DÍA QUE ABANDONAS EL HOSTEL PARA RETIRARLAS MÁS TARDE LA RELACIÓN CALIDAD - PRECIO ES MUY MALA, EL PRECIO ES CASI IGUAL QUE EL DE UN HOTEL PERO EL SERVICIO Y LAS HABITACIONES SON DE HOSTEL DE LOS MALOS.

The kitchen is good, but it would be better if it had windows to have more air, or if the breakfast was made by the staff......

Very good location, but no breakfast included ( we only got bread which was expired and one jar of jam). Our room was clean but we noticed that they didn't change the bedclothes when one of our roommates left! Anyway, good value for money!

Auberge très accueillante par sa position géographique, son personnel et ses chambres.

(most) of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly.. although you'll always have one! Bedrooms were basic, light was broken in the room and despite attempts to fix it, it remained broken for the 2 days (there was another one though so wasn't the end of the world!). Overall, great place for such a cheap price.. perfect for young people who want to enjoy Liverpool's night-life!

Excellent place to stay, very clean, nice staff, nice location near to all attraction of Liverpool. The only negative thing is about the included breakfast. The 1st day when we woke at 8am there was no bread left and when we asked to the receptionnist he said he would go buy bread soon.... and after 1h30, still no bread so we spent £4 to eat in the café nextdoor. The same thing happened the next morning, but we kept 5 slices in our room the day before just in case. except that : perfect!!

Creaking beds, bathroom door not oiled causing it to be noisy, bedroom door also needs to be oiled. Overall not a such a pleasant stay. Bedsheet didnt look like it was changed. Towel had to be rented at GBP1 but this was not mentioned on the website. The towel I used smelled like it wasnt dried properly.

For now the best I never tried !!

Natasha, the lady at the reception, was very friendly and provided me with great tips! Very spacious rooms, clean and tidy bathrooms. Nice atmosphere. I would stay there again, indeed.

some guests left things unwashed (and obviously removed kitchen cuttlery cup & plates, sometimes not enough tea. bread in the kitchen, although replaced regularly a new visitor might not be aware...TV not working in lounge since i was there 6 months ago..but staff accomodated me, again, a new person might not mention this and not repeat the visit , I like the atmosphere (even if it can be rowdy at times, usually a good place to stay, all round!)

No locker keys, so had to use store room for my possessions. Little character to the place. Friendly staff.

That is a fair hostel with a fair price. The breakfast in the bar next to the hostel is an advantage.
