Doors slammed a bit hard and the beds shook as if there had been an earthquake after minimal movement. Mattresses were way too squeaky. The staff were excellent and we all felt secure.

It was a great journey. We were upgraded and it was great ! The only drawback was the mattress. It may need to be replaced or maybe the hostel could add an overlay mattress. We could feel the springs in our back. Great journey and great value !

Even though they told us there would be free bread there never was any in the hostel's community kitchen. The kitchen was rather dirty with a lot of undone dishes (which still were there when we left after three days) and there were no forks at all when we arrived. It's hard to prepare meals or even have breakfast when bowls, cups and cutlery are missing. The "living room" was very nice and new though.

Great place. Close To everything you'll need to visit around here. Friendly staff. All day toasts, coffee and tea. Could improve the cleaning a little bit and also find a way for the dorms doors don't slam so hard all the time...I would definitely stay there again and I ll recommend it to my friends!!

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hostel needs a refurbishment. The carpets were so stained you could nearly see the original colour. The rooms only had 2 PowerPoint's and the kitchen and facilities rooms were tired and not comfortable places to sit. Further, the mattress was so old I need to ask for a extra blanket to put under me so I couldn't feel the springs pushing into my body.

Very poor facilities: old mattresses, very run down kitchen, very few kitchen supplies, spotty wifi, few electrical plugs in room, broken lock-boxes. Nothing particularly good about it to recommend it.

Everything was ok, it is near to the city center but a little far from the dock. I just hatted that they didnt have plugs next to the bed. They just had two plugs for the entire bedroom next to the door.
