Fanastic stay! Worth every penny. Best hostel we have ever stayed in! One member of staff could do with spending less time being rude to Wesern girls and flirting with the Western men though.

The building is poorly designed. You should not have suites that are open to the outside elements every time you opeb the door. All the AC leaves the room instantly. I wish somebody would create a capsule (Japanese) style sleeping quarters.

Lub D was wonderful. Their slogan, "everyone leaves a friend" is most definitely a true statement. The staff is very warm and welcoming and after days of delayed flights to get to Bangkok they couldn't have made it easier to settle in. I will definitely be back there and encourage anyone to go. The location is perfect and the rooms are lovely.

Book this place and book it quickly before someone else beats you to it. You will not find a better location. It's impossible. Lub D is 30 *seconds* from the SkyTrain so getting to/from the airport is a breeze. No taxi necessary. This hostel is the first thing you see before you even exit the station. I stayed in two different highly-recommended hostels while in Bangkok -- and I liked Lub D better. Staff is great, the water pressure is divine, it's a fun place. What more do I need to say?

My second time in Lub D, and it's still the best! Maybe a little bit expensive, but I would go back! Excellent location, skytrain just in front of the door!

Well first the pro's. The hostel is located right in the middle of Lub D Bangkok Siam Square. It is a great location and the BTS stop is just outside the hostel. The hostel is generally clean and has access cards so in general pretty safe. For the price, a very decent place to stay. Not so good: Well, the hostel is more like a hotel. There is no character. I have been to many hostels which would organize events, like roaming the city, pub crawls etc. Very few in here.

Superb hospitality with even cooler rooms and facilities! I especially like the added security of using tap cards timo enter the hostel area which separates the cafe and the residents. Cool concept and friendly staff too!
